For Fiart, customer care means attending to all the client’s needs and requirements, from the very first handshake to after sales support.

Our Care Service offers a full range of equipment and dedicated spaces. The Fiart shipyard covers a total area of about 20,000 square meters, with quayside area, docking for to 18 craft located near a private fuel pump, and covered premises of about 17,000 square metres. Our clients can take advantage of all the equipment in the yard, including a 20-ton bridge crane, two transfer carts, handling 20 and 30 tons respectively, and a handling crane for loads under 20 tons. We also offer marine services, supported by our dedicated team.


Upon arrival at the shipyard, clients are received by our experienced personnel, with immediate assistance, hauling and mooring at the dedicated berth in our dock.
Guarantees are fully managed on site, while for overseas we have a network of partners with a proven track record and fully equipped yards.


During storage, every operation from arrival to departure is fully supervised by Fiart personnel. A complete check by all departments will be performed on arrival, so that any problems can be identified, and a list of necessary work is drawn up. Fiart storage also includes complete sanitization, inside and out, upon arrival, and a final wash before delivery. Our boat-building knowledge, combined with the expertise of our dedicated team, enables us to deliver an optimum level of service, fulfilling all the needs of our clients and their boats.


Our Refit service is managed entirely in-house, working with our team of electricians, plumbers, joiners, and painters. Our engineering workshop offers guaranteed expertise in Fiart products and as an official Volvo Penta installer. Our in-house technical department is an added value, providing 360° services for the client in the event that any changes are required and handling all documentation.
